These terms cover every project, audit and care plan YHWH Digital delivers. Each project also gets a written scope (statement of work) that sits alongside these terms.
YHWH Digital is a digital agency based in Toronto, Ontario, building websites, custom software and AI systems for businesses. [Legal business name and registration number.]
Every build starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Builds are billed [50%] to start and the balance at launch, or by milestone for larger projects. Prices are in CAD plus HST. Invoices are due within [14] days; overdue balances may pause work.
The full written leak audit is $1,500 CAD. The full fee is credited to any build signed within 30 days of delivering the audit.
You provide content, logins, approvals and feedback on time, and you confirm you have the right to use anything you give us (logos, photos, text).
Once paid in full, you own the website, code and content we build for you. We keep ownership of our general tools, templates and know-how, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your system may rely on third parties (for example Square, Stripe, Shopify, hosting and AI model providers). Their terms and pricing apply, and we are not responsible for their outages. AI output can be wrong; we design systems with human review where it matters.
Monthly care plans renew monthly after any minimum term in your plan. Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice. Twelve-month build plans are payable for the full term.
We fix defects in our own work for [30] days after launch at no charge. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the [3] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver your project.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect on this website and when we build systems for clients.
What you send us through forms, email or calls (name, business, contact details, your message), plus basic website analytics if you accept them.
To reply to you, prepare quotes and audits, deliver projects and send invoices. We never sell personal information.
When we build systems that handle your customers’ data (bookings, calls, payments), you are the owner of that data and we act as your service provider, following your instructions.
Trusted providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, scheduling, AI providers), only as needed. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
Only as long as needed for the purpose, or as required by law (for example tax records).
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing our privacy contact.
