Caller Safe Line agent Owner 6 Voicemail 2 Spam jail 9

A caller's phone sends the call along a cable to the Safe Line agent, a small computer. The agent puts real customers through to the owner at his desk, takes messages at a voicemail booth, and locks spam callers in a jail cell.

Keep this. Your phone just got quieter.

Two barbers mid-cut in a busy shop, no hands free for the phone
Mid-cut. Phone ringing.

Why shops hide their number

Post a number and the sales calls start: listings, card machines, “Google verification”. So owners stop posting it, and customers can't reach them.

What changes

You post the Safe Line number. It picks up every call, sends the noise away in seconds and only rings you for people who want to buy.

Both hands busy, still booked.

What stays the same

Your cell, your old shop number and the way you work. Nothing to install. You answer the calls that matter, like before.

4Straight answers

What owners ask us first.

Underlined words take you to the spot on this page that shows it.

Safe Line is an AI phone receptionist for small businesses in Ontario, set up by YHWH Digital. It gives you a local business number you can post publicly, answers every call in your shop's name, sends sellers and robocalls away, puts real customers through to your cell and texts you messages taken after hours.

Your phone screens calls to your personal number. It can't answer in your shop's name, tell people your hours, or put a customer through with a note. And it can't give you a number you're happy to post on Google.

Call the demo shop and judge for yourself. A real customer reaches you in about ten seconds. If anyone asks, the line says it's the shop's automated assistant.

Anyone who says they're a customer gets through. Every call is summarized, and in your first week we read each one and fix the wording.

Your monthly fee already includes call minutes: 300 on Safe Line, which covers about 300 calls. Spam takes seconds, so it barely uses any. Slide the estimator to your busiest month to see if you'd ever pay extra.

No. Your cell stays private and your old shop number keeps working. Safe Line is a new local number you post where strangers see it.

Yes. The line only answers calls that come in. It never calls anyone to sell, and spam goes to jail, not to you. It tells callers the call may be recorded, and messages go only to you.

No. Safe Line is for business calls only and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911. If your business needs an urgent line, the after-hours message can read out a number you choose.

Any time, with 30 days' notice. There's no contract on monthly, and your setup work (website, Google profile) stays yours.
