The short version
- We collect only what we need to run Safe Line for your business and to answer you.
- Callers to a Safe Line number are told the call may be recorded and that they are speaking with an automated assistant if they ask.
- We never sell personal information and never use it for advertising.
- This website measures visits only if you tap “Allow measurement”.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at prajuvin321@gmail.com.
Who we are
Safe Line is a service of YHWH Digital, operated by Prajuvin Prabha, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean YHWH Digital. Our Privacy Officer is Prajuvin Prabha, reachable at prajuvin321@gmail.com.
We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and its ten fair information principles. Where a visitor or caller is in Quebec, we also apply the Quebec Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Whose information this covers
- Visitors to this website.
- Clients: business owners and their staff who sign up for Safe Line.
- Callers: people who phone a client's Safe Line number. For callers, the client business decides why calls are answered and what happens to messages; we handle the information on the client's behalf, as their service provider.
What we collect
From website visitors
- Choices you make on the page that stay on your device (for example, your checklist ticks and your cookie choice). These are not sent to us.
- Only if you allow measurement: anonymous page events such as which buttons were tapped, which page version you saw and how far you scrolled. See our Cookies and tracking policy.
- Basic technical data our hosting and font providers receive when any web page loads, such as your IP address and browser type.
From clients
- Contact details: name, business name, phone, email.
- Set-up details you send us: opening hours, services and prices, who receives calls and their cell number, after-hours instructions, words to always or never say, logo and photos.
- Access you grant, such as a manager invite to your Google Business Profile. We never ask for your passwords.
- Billing details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
From callers to a Safe Line number
- Phone number and call time and length.
- A recording and written transcript of the call.
- A short summary, the reason for calling and any message the caller leaves (for example, name, number and what they need).
Why we use it
- To answer, sort and route calls for the client: put customers through, send away sales and spam calls, and text the owner messages.
- To set up and maintain the client's number, script, website and Google profile.
- To review call summaries, especially in the first week, and improve what the line says.
- To send the monthly report and warn the client if a month's calls run high.
- To bill, provide support, keep the service secure and meet legal and tax obligations.
- With your permission only: to learn which version of this website works better.
We do not use personal information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not let our providers train their own AI models on clients' call recordings where the provider gives us that choice.
Consent
Clients consent when they sign up and send us their details. Callers are told at the start of each call that the call may be recorded; continuing the call is their consent to recording for the purpose of handling it. Website measurement is off until you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contract limits, by writing to prajuvin321@gmail.com.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run Safe Line, under contracts that limit their use to providing their service to us:
| Provider type | What they do | Where data may be stored |
|---|---|---|
| Telephone network provider (for example, Twilio) | Phone numbers, call connection, texts | Canada and the United States |
| AI voice and language provider (for example, ElevenLabs) | Answering calls, transcripts and summaries | United States and the European Union |
| Payment processor (Stripe) | Billing and invoices | Canada and the United States |
| Customer records (HubSpot) | Client contact details and support history | United States |
| Website hosting and font delivery (Vercel, Google Fonts, jsDelivr) | Delivering this website | Global networks |
Because some providers are outside Canada, information may be processed in other countries and may be accessible to their courts and authorities. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
- Call recordings and full transcripts: 90 days, then deleted, unless the client asks us to keep a specific call.
- Call summaries and messages: for as long as the client's account is open, plus 12 months.
- Client account and billing records: 7 years, as Canadian tax law requires.
- Website measurement data: aggregated, and raw events kept no longer than 14 months.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who set up and support your line. Accounts use strong passwords and two-step sign-in where offered. Data is encrypted in transit. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify the affected people and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. Write to prajuvin321@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Callers who want a call recording deleted can ask the business they called or contact us directly. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
Safe Line is a business service and this website is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use clients' information in a meaningful way, we will tell clients by email before it takes effect.
