The short version
- Setup is paid once. The monthly fee includes your call minutes; only extra minutes cost more. Prices are in Canadian dollars; HST is added where it applies.
- Monthly plans have no contract: cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Safe Line is not an emergency service. For emergencies, call 911.
- The AI can make mistakes. We review calls in your first week and fix wording when you tell us something is off.
- Your website, Google profile work and business number stay yours.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, “you”) and Prajuvin Prabha, operating as YHWH Digital (“we”, “us”). By signing up, paying an invoice or using Safe Line, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
What Safe Line is
Safe Line gives your business a local phone number and an automated assistant that answers calls in your business's name, screens out sales and spam calls, puts real customers through to the number you choose, and sends you messages. Depending on your plan, it can also include a one-page website, Google Business Profile updates, appointment booking and reminders. What each plan includes is listed on the Safe Line page at the time you sign up.
Setting up
You agree to give us accurate information (hours, services, prices, who receives calls) and to tell us when it changes. We aim to have your line live in about three business days after we receive everything on the checklist. Dates can move if information is missing or a provider (for example, Google) takes longer.
Fees, billing and taxes
- Setup is a one-time fee, invoiced before we start building.
- The monthly fee is billed monthly in advance, or yearly in advance at the yearly price. It includes the number of call minutes listed for your plan.
- Extra minutes above your plan's included minutes are billed at your plan's rate, invoiced monthly in arrears. Unused minutes do not carry over. Partial minutes are rounded up to the next minute.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST and other taxes, which we add as required.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we will tell you; if it is still unpaid 14 days later, we may pause the line until it is paid. Paused lines play a short “unavailable” message.
- We text or email you if a month's calls run more than 30% above your usual. Extra minutes for calls that were actually handled remain payable.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Cancelling
Monthly plans: cancel any time with 30 days' written notice; you pay the monthly fee and any extra minutes up to the end of the notice period. Yearly plans: you can cancel at renewal; if you cancel mid-term, we refund the unused full months, less any discount you received for paying yearly. Setup fees are not refundable once work has started. When you leave, we will help move your Safe Line number to another provider if the number can be transferred, and your website files and Google profile stay with you.
How you may use it
You agree to use Safe Line only for answering inbound calls to your own business and to follow the law, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules and privacy laws. You will not use Safe Line to make outbound marketing calls, to impersonate anyone, to collect payment card numbers or health information over the phone, or for anything illegal or harmful. You are responsible for the instructions you give the assistant, including prices and promises it repeats to callers.
Callers, recording and AI disclosure
The line tells callers that calls may be recorded and, if asked, that they are speaking with your business's automated assistant. You agree not to ask us to remove these notices. You are responsible for responding to the messages and customers the line passes to you.
Not an emergency service
Safe Line is not a substitute for 911 or any emergency or crisis service and must not be used as one. It may not recognise an emergency, and it does not contact emergency services. If your business may receive urgent calls, give us a number to read out after hours.
AI accuracy and service availability
Automated assistants can mishear, misunderstand or route a call the wrong way. We design the line so that anyone who says they are a customer gets through, we read call summaries in your first week, and we fix wording when you report a problem. Safe Line depends on phone networks, AI providers and internet services we do not control. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If an outage lasts more than 24 hours because of our own systems, we will credit that month's fee in proportion to the time it was down.
What's yours and what's ours
Your business name, logo, photos, website content and Google profile remain yours. The scripts we write for you are licensed to you for use with your business. Our software, templates, prompts and know-how remain ours. You give us permission to use your logo and content only to provide the service.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability for any claim relating to Safe Line is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a claim is made against us because of information you gave us, instructions you gave the assistant, or your breach of these terms or the law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end the service, with notice where practical, if fees are unpaid, if the line is used in breach of these terms, or if a provider or the law requires it. You can end the service as described in “Cancelling”.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, unless we agree to mediation first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email clients at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
