The short version
- This site does not use advertising cookies or sell data.
- A few small items are saved on your device so the page works, like your checklist ticks.
- Anonymous measurement and page-version tests run only if you tap “Allow measurement”.
- Change your mind any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
What we store on your device
We use your browser's local storage rather than cookies. It stays on your device and is not sent to us with every request.
| Name | Purpose | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
sl-consent | Remembers whether you allowed measurement | Essential | Until you clear it or change your choice |
safeline-checklist-v1 | Remembers your ticks on the “What we need” checklist | Essential (functional) | Until you clear it |
sl-ab | Keeps you on the same page version during a test | Measurement, only with consent | Up to 90 days, removed if you choose “Essentials only” |
Measurement (only with your OK)
If you allow measurement, the page records anonymous events: which page version you saw, which main buttons you tapped (for example “Hear a call” or a plan button), whether you used the call estimator, which questions you opened and how far you scrolled. We use this only to improve the page. We do not record what you type, your microphone, or your checklist answers.
If you allow measurement, the page also loads Vercel Web Analytics, run by Vercel Inc., our website host. It counts page views, the country and the type of device. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. See Vercel's analytics privacy notes. The button and scroll events above stay in your browser and are not sent to anyone.
Page-version tests (A/B tests)
To learn what helps owners most, we sometimes show different versions of a headline, a button label or the default price view. If you allow measurement, you are randomly shown one version and kept on it. If you do not, you always see the standard version.
Third-party services that load with the page
- Google Fonts delivers some of the typefaces. Google receives your IP address when the font loads. See Google's privacy policy.
- jsDelivr delivers animation and 3D libraries. It receives standard request data.
- ElevenLabs runs the demo call only if you choose to open it. It opens in a new tab, asks for your microphone, and demo calls are recorded. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy.
Your choices
- Use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the Safe Line page to switch measurement on or off.
- Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove everything stored on your device.
- Measurement is off by default, so browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal are never measured unless you opt in.
