# Pricing — Safe Line by YHWH Digital

All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD); HST is added where it applies. Last updated: 2026-10-14.
Two parts: a one-time setup fee, and a monthly fee that already includes call minutes. Extra minutes are billed only in an unusually busy month.
Monthly plans: no contract, cancel with 30 days' notice. Yearly: 2 months free, billed once a year.

## Listed
- Setup: $499 one time
- Monthly: $49 (or $41/month billed yearly, $490/year)
- Included: 500 forwarded minutes a month, then $0.05 per minute
- Includes: local business number that rings your cell, "press 1 to reach us" gate that stops most robocalls, Google Business Profile cleanup, one-page website, QR card for reviews
- Not included: AI answering and messages

## Safe Line (most popular)
- Setup: $899 one time
- Monthly: $149 (or $124/month billed yearly, $1,490/year)
- Included: 300 AI-answered minutes a month, then $0.39 per minute
- Includes: everything in Listed, AI answering in your shop's name, sellers and spam sent away, customers put through with a note of why they called, after-hours messages texted to you, monthly call report

## Front Desk
- Setup: $1,799 one time
- Monthly: $299 (or $249/month billed yearly, $2,990/year)
- Included: 600 AI-answered minutes a month, then $0.35 per minute
- Includes: everything in Safe Line, books appointments into your calendar, text confirmations and reminders, English plus one more language, review request text after each visit, every caller saved in a simple customer list

## Example
A shop with 300 calls a month (about 55% real customers at ~1.5 min, 45% junk at ~20 s) uses about 293 minutes.
On Safe Line that fits inside the 300 included minutes: $149/month before tax.
